The School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP) has consolidated its position of excellence on the international academic scene by being recognised in 11 master’s programmes by Eduniversal’s prestigious Best Masters & MBAs 2024 Ranking. This ranking, known for its breadth and prestige in academic circles, evaluates the best Masters and MBA programmes at a global level.
The FEP’s presence in several areas stands out, with a significant improvement in positions compared to the previous year. This achievement is especially marked by the debut of the Master’s in Management, which went straight to 8th place in the “General Management” category.
In the Top 10, the Master’s in Commercial Management and the Master’s in Data Analytics are also worthy of note, taking 7th and 9th place respectively.
The FEP also stands out with several programmes placed in the Top 20 and Top 40, including the Masters in Management and Economics of Health Services (15th worldwide) – considered the best Masters in this area in Portugal – Finance (18th), Marketing (19th), Economics (19th), Economics and Environmental Management (19th), Accounting and Management Control (21st), Economics and International Management (28th) and Economics and Innovation Management (36th).

The Eduniversal Ranking Best Masters & MBAs 2024 covers 5,820 programmes in 56 scientific areas, analysing more than 20,000 programmes in 9 geographical zones (Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Eurasia and the Middle East, Far East, Latin America, North America, Oceania and Western Europe).
This process involves the collaboration of representatives from leading educational institutions, international recruiters and recent graduates, who consider criteria such as the reputation of the programmes, the salary of the first job after training and the level of student satisfaction.
