On 12th November, the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP) hosted another edition of the “Speed Talks – Extracurricular Internships”, an initiative that connects companies and students, promoting direct dialogue and the sharing of opportunities in the job market.

This event, known for its innovative quick-conversation format, featured representatives from 11 companies and was attended by 66 students from the FEP’s undergraduate and master’s programmes.

Through this dynamic and interactive model, students had the chance to explore a variety of extracurricular internship opportunities, engage in direct conversations with recruiters, and clarify any questions regarding the selection processes.

The edition further reinforced its importance as a strategic meeting point for the academic community, standing out for its ability to provide direct and relevant contacts between young talents and the business world.

The success of the event highlights FEP’s commitment to preparing its students for the job market by investing in initiatives that promote their integration and professional development.
