Applications for the FEP Master’s Challenge 2025 are open until 25th February. This annual project, aimed at all Master’s students at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto (FEP), is designed to support the training and personal development of participants, complementing their academic qualifications.
On Thursday, 13th February, the launch session of the programme took place, with several partner companies and alumni in attendance, offering future candidates the chance to learn more about the challenges they will face. During the event, the goals of the FEP Master’s Challenge were presented, which puts students through individual and group scenarios, evaluated by a jury made up of representatives from 9 companies across different sectors.
Through qualitative and quantitative assessments of the participants’ performance, the FEP Master’s Challenge helps develop students’ skills and prepares them for the job market. Throughout the programme, candidates will have the opportunity to interact with well-known companies partnering with the project: Central Lobão, Deloitte, FinTrU, Grupo Ageas Portugal, Millennium bcp, NOS, Parfois, Sonae, and Sonae Sierra.
The prize for the top three students will be a business trip to Singapore, sponsored by the project’s partners. All phases of the programme, as well as interactions with jury members, are conducted in English, providing an international and enriching experience for the participants.
