On October 22, FEP kicked off Talent Pool 2025, an initiative aimed at final-year bachelor students that seeks to identify students with high potential and promote them to companies and employers. The event, held in FEP’s auditorium 111, was a time of training and sharing, attended by representatives from partner companies such as Adidas, Colquímica, Frederico Mendes & Associados, Grupo Jumia, PwC, Sonae MC, Super Bock Group and Yunit Consulting.
The highlight of the event was the Personal Branding Lab, where participants were able to interact directly with companies, focusing on CV building and personal presentation. This lab offered a unique opportunity to discuss issues raised by participants through a registration form, making the experience even more personalized.
The event began with a brief presentation of the project, followed by testimonies from former participants who helped break down myths associated with the Talent Pool.
Launched for the first time in the 2010/2011 academic year, FEP’s Talent Pool is aimed not only at academic success, but also at developing the transversal skills that are essential for any excellent professional. As well as providing training and development through feedback and workshops, the project recognizes the talent of FEP students, enhancing their professional future.
