The CA & FEP Geração Impacto Award celebrates the transformative potential of academia through research, community initiatives, and impact entrepreneurship. To mark its launch, a special webinar will be held on February 24, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM (WET), bringing together experts from these three fields to discuss how academia can generate real impact in society.

Moderated by Cláudia Ribeiro (Executive Board Member of FEP for Sustainability), the event will feature Cláudia Severino (President of RotaEco), Luís Carvalho (Associate Professor at FEP), and Rita Brito e Faro (Associate at MAZE Impact).

The session will kick off with an introduction to the award by Filipa Saldanha (Sustainability Director at Crédito Agrícola), followed by a discussion on:
🔹 Research – How can it influence sustainable policies and practices?
🔹 Community Initiatives – How can student-led projects drive local and national change?
🔹 Impact Entrepreneurship – How can sustainable businesses transform society?

The event will conclude with a Q&A session, encouraging the audience to actively engage in building a more sustainable future.
